Question by aceboy360: Is yoga worth doing for about 10 minutes everyday to help lose weight?
I want to lose some weight and someone I know has been doing yoga for 3 months and she lost some weight and I was wondering if just 10 minutes everyday would be good.
I don’t eat fast foods, and junk foods, and barely drink soda, and I usually drink water a lot.
